We are in trying times, not sure where to turn or who to turn to. Most of us are scared, angry, sad, anxious, isolated and maybe even numbing out. Social media decides our mood through algorithms, so we do not know what is true and what is not true. The political spectrum divides us (on purpose) keeping us from connecting with each other and demanding fairness and equality. Many of us are struggling with paying our bills each month. It’s a lot and we need each other. It is critical to band together for the sake of one another, our children, and the planet.

A Hero’s Journey is our small way to create a community of likeminded people and heal together using six pillars of connection: compassion, creativity, community, plant medicine, nature, and embodiment.
